No, it isn’t true. The only thing which Her Majesty has done is to agree to allow discussion of the issue (whereby the right of succession passes to the eldest child of the sovereign regardless of gender, that is, females would have the same right of succession as males). Neither Parliament nor the Queen have decided to do anything beyond discussing the issue.
