Is it true that Hispanic men are controlling and jealous?
It all comes down to the individual and there’s a world of difference between an American of Latino (whatever country his family hails from) descent and a Latino who actually grew up in Peru, Chile, Venezuela, etc. As is the case with anyone from another country, they have a different culture and the men and women see relationships differently than Americans do. In my own personal experience, they tend to be a bit more jealous than the American guys who I have dated but my Latina friends (who are actually from somewhere in Latin America) also tend to be more jealous and possessive than American women. This, however, is just my personal experience and perspective (I’m not at all jealous so my personal feelings obviously temper my observations. There are some situations I have in mind that someone else may consider perfectly reasonable but then there are some that no one in their right mind could consider reasonable in my opinion) and it obviously is no reflection on everyone of Latino o
