Well, it is true that once a car has been treated with Practex it is able to go remarkably long distances without oil, however this should only be done in extreme circumstances. As the St. Petersburg-Moscow rally in 2001 showed, it is possible to travel more than 900km without motor oil when driving carefully, not pushing the car hard. Again it goes without saying, we definitely do not recommend driving without motor oil.
