Is it true that Buteyko Method cures asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases?
Konstantin Buteyko taught that asthma as well as chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases are the result of over-breathing. By reducing their breathing people are able to reduce significantly symptoms and, in many cases, reverse their diseases. In many cases they became asthma, bronchitis and allergy free.
