Yes. Wearing clothing, buttons, badges, hats, or similar items relating to a candidate, measure or political party appearing on the ballot in the polling place or within 100 feet of any outside door through which the voter may enter is considered electioneering. A person commits an offense if a person violates Sec 61.010 (a) of this code. An offense under this subsection is a Class C Misdemeanor.
