Is it time Mahalo instituted a manual (human powered) filter for questions coming from Twitter to prevent spam?

Right now there are two many spam questions with grammar problems filling up Mahalo, the best way to fix it may to have a manual filter. Someone would have to spell check, categorize and approve every Twitter question. This could really improve the overall quality of the questions here.
