It seems like only yesterday that the ghd IV styler – the next generation of ghd hair straighteners was launched, but in fact it was October 2006 when the first IV ghd straighteners hit the shelves (as part of that year’s Christmas Gift Set). That means that the ghd IV styler is now fast approaching its fourth birthday, and as such it is only natural that our thoughts are turning to what is going to replace it. Although they have still yet to really capture any serious market share, the launch of the Cloud Nine Hair straighteners by the original team behind the ghd straightener cannot have gone unnoticed down at ghd towers. The main difference between the ghd hair straightener and the Cloud 9 hair straightener is that the latter has variable heat settings, allowing for different amounts of heat to be used depending on the type of style you are trying to create.
