Is it that the offshoring model may not work in China?
It depends on what type of data we are talking about. Certainly for foreign incorporated banks in China, there is a requirement that their datacentre and data processing be centered in China. These are sensitive data. There is no reason for non-sensitive data not to be processed outside China. We foresee in 2010, outsourcing from the domestic market is going to grow exponentially.
