Is it still safe to use my Bugaboo Bee or should i wait until the brackets are fitted onto the wheels?

The Bugaboo Bee brake does not work properly only in a few cases. We advise that until you have fitted the brackets, to check the working of the brake by applying it and then trying to move the stroller back and forth. If you order a set of brackets, you will receive it within 2 weeks.
