The official deadline for exchanging shares was June 25, 1999. However shares of the two companies can still be exchanged for ThyssenKrupp AG shares. The exchange of shares is handled by Commerzbank AG in Frankfurt/Main. Stockholders who still have old certificates should contact their bank.
