It is extremely difficult to change Iraqi dinars into any other currency. I do not know of any bank or currency exchange that will deal in them because there is no demand for them and they cannot make money dealing in them. I suggest selling them to a coin shop as a collectible. XE.com quotes a rate of about 1680 to the US Dollar, assuming you can find anybody to buy them.
