Yes, the Department will accept an electronic copy of the POA-1 form via e-mail. However, the Department will not accept an electronic copy of the POA-1 form without a taxpayer’s signature. Taxpayers and POA representatives can e-mail an electronic copy of the signed POA-1 form to poa1forms@dor.in.gov.
