Is it sensible to seperate travel management from Administration and facilities?
Does it make economic sense to divest travel bookings- air, rail, road, airport transfers, local travel and guest house/ hotel bookings from administration function and run as an independent function, especially if the company is operating globally or have travel as a seperate function running parallel with administration, using some administration personnel to coordinate and execute the travel function posted 4 months ago in Facilities Management | Closed
