Sea salt can also be used but probably won’t be just because it tends to be a bit more expensive. There are thousands of different types of sea salt from around the world that all have different flavors and textures. Some of these are even smoked to add more complex flavors to a dish. These types os salt are usually just a finishing touch on a really nice plate of food you would get at a really fancy, high-end place.
