Is it safe to use US proxy to browse internet?
Not really – the problem with proxy servers is that all web traffic passes through them allowing whoever is running the server to log the traffic. This means that by using the proxy you have zero privacy. Because of this it is possible for those running the server to have software installed that will capture and analyse the traffic looking for weeknesses (unencrypted usernames and passwords, bank details being input to websites, etc) Proxies are safe enough provided to realise that they are not to be used under any circumstances for anything that involves any of your personal details., and provided you use a reputable proxy.
