Is it safe to use plastic wrap on my 3 day old Tattoo so I can sleep at night?
Your boyfriend is absolutely right! All tattoo parlours will tell you not to do this. Covering your tattoo with plastic wrap WILL suffocate your skin, and even worse, it will create a wet environment on your skin which is the ideal place for bacteria to grow. The last thing you want is an infected tattoo! So keep your tattoo uncovered where it can breath, and good luck sleeping on your side!
