Is it safe to use Internet Explorer yet?
umm, it sounds like you are overreacting to another media scare story. realistically as long as your computer security is up to scratch (antivirus + firewall) and you use windows update to keep up with security patches IE is roughly as safe as whatever sites you are browsing (so yahoo = good, shady porn / hacking sites = bad) personally i prefer firefox just for the fact that it opens and runs much faster than IE and is so much more customizable, but at this point i don’t think there is much difference in the level of security between the two, you can still get attacked on firefox if you visit dodgy sites.
