Your rheumatologist and OB would consult each other during your pregnancy to decide whether the benefits of taking the medication will outweigh the risks to the baby. They would continue to monitor your treatment and if they feel that the cons outweigh the pros, they would either stop your treatment for the remainder of your pregnancy or try other options.
