I have no idea how Buspar reacts with other medications/supplements. I have a lot of trouble sleeping (I’ve struggled with insomnia for a while) and I was just wondering if it was OK to take the two together. A: You should be fine since your body naturally produces melatonin. I’ve heard a lot of people do fine just taking Buspar, maybe you should try taking that alone to see how well it works. If you still have problems you should consult a medical professional about going on regular melatonin regiment.
