Is it safe to swallow semen or vaginal fluids?
If somebody swallows semen or vaginal fluids the fluids would go through the digestive tract (just like food would). Oral sex without condoms or dental dams can spread STI like chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis and herpes. This is why we talk about using protection during any sexual activity, and why we always let you know that Teen Clinics, nursing stations, and Health Care Centers have condoms (from which you can make dental dams) for free!
