Is it safe to stay on the Cambridge Diet programme for months at a time?
If taken as directed, alternating the Cambridge Diet formula as the sole source of nutrition for four weeks and then add-a-meal-a-day for seven to ten days may allow a person to stay on the diet for an unlimited period of time – as long as he has additional fat to lose. Currently, it is not recommended to stay entirely on the Cambridge Diet for over four weeks at a time without adding additional calories in this add-a-meal-a-day regime.
