Any website that is secure, you can look on their privacy police at the bottom (Always check), is safe to order online from. Normally you pick out everything you want, and then when you are checking out, you put in your credit card, billing address, and shipping address. You can pick how fast you want the clothes shipped; the quicker delivered, the higher the shipping cost. Normal shipping is 7-10 business days. I’ve ordered plenty of times to Forever 21.
