I just got back from my doctor with similar symptoms. Cough drops are fine, just make sure you follow the directions on the package. She recommended gargling warm salt water for sore throat, but said that Claretin and Robutissin or Robutissin DM were alright. But you would probably want to try and call your doctor to make sure, because every pregnancy is different.
