Is it safe to feed your baby amel corn snake a day before its usual feeding day?
Sure- It’s actually healthier to feed your baby Corn smaller meals more frequently than 1 plump pinkie once a week- space it out to a minimum of every 5 days minimum though and just because he will eat more doesn’t mean you should feed him more. digestion can actually tax the organs of a baby if that is all he is doing because he is constantly being fed- Let him chill for a few days after he poops and he will get some exercise “hunting” around in his cage- After 3 months I don’t feed my baby Corns more than once a week and if they refuse, I won’t try them again for 2-3 days. good shot on the Amel – they look cool- I’m an Okeetee man myself (6 & counting- picked up an AWESOME Abbott’s Strain F2 female last weekend!
