Is it safe to eat lobster and things like it from bangkok food stalls?

I live in Bangkok and eat at food stalls and food carts often and have never gotten sick from the food at one of the stalls or carts. Most have very fresh food that is perfectly safe to eat, eat at stalls and carts where the food is freshly cooked or cooked to order and avoid the places that have trays of food that may have been sitting there for hours. I also know people that have lived here for years that never eat at stalls or carts because of cleanliness issues. They have no idea what they’re missing. Maybe take it easy with the street food at first, it may take a little time for you to get used to the different bacterias that your body may not be used to.
