Is it safe to drink milk after expiration date?
It would depend on how the long milk was at the store, how long it took to get to that store and the type of milk it is. Milk begans to break down once it’s taken from the cow. If milk is stored at least 37 degrees it may be okay, however the USDA only recommends using it 5-7 days after it has been milked from the cow. It is always best to smell and observe it before drinking even before the expriation date.
