The Guide to Eating Ontario Sport Fish gives consumption advice for sport fish from Ontario waters and is published every two years by the MOE in cooperation with the Ministry of Natural Resources. Check the guide for possible fish consumption warnings related to mercury for the waters you intend to fish in.
