Is it safe to be pregnant 3 months after a c section, as in risk to my scar?

Yes, your healed incision should be fine if you happen to be pregnant. Possibly, the worse that could happen is increased stretch marks around your scar due to decreased elasticity in the area. As far as your health goes, find out for certain if you are pregnant as soon as possible. If you haven’t discontinued the diet pills already, do so immediately. I suggest you visit your doctor just in case, to verify the pregnancy and clear your concern about these issues. You should be taking prenatal vitamins and NOT dieting, for both your baby’s and your own health. A baby is basically a little “parasite” inside you and will take what it needs to thrive, robbing your own body of nutrients like calcium and iron.
