Is it really true I can delete AppHack and the changes will still work?

No. This was true for the 0.1b version of AppHack, but the new version must remain in memory at all times. In fact, deleting it and then trying to use it will cause a big crash. Don’t delete it without uninstalling it from HackMaster first.
