Yes, it is possible to recover securely deleted files, but that would require much time and money. We tested the secure delete feature with a number of popular end-user data recovery tools and could not recover files deleted by IE Privacy Keeper. But if someone decides to spend a few thousand dollars to recover the files you deleted, the chances are he or she will succeed.
