Is it really a big deal if I share unfinished/installed etc. files?
We get why people who share more than the limit even without these files do not really think it’s a big deal if they share them, but these files are worthless. Also if you share more than the limit you got an even worse reason for sharing them at all. All they do is annoy people who download them only to find them incomplete or get their searches filled with incomplete files. Don’t share them and make everyone happy. Also, downloading straight into a shared folder is pretty bad, because you should always check your downloaded file before sharing it, in case it’s badly named or something.
