Yes you can, been there done that, I got a car loan from my bank while on unemployment. With $3000 down and good credit they will give you a loan. They will use your unemployment as your income when filing. Make sure you have some paperwork or statements showing how much money you make a week. The biggest thing the underwriters look at is your credit and credit score, if you had bad credit yes you would be screwed but sounds like you have good credit. Only bad thing is they will probably stick you with a high interest rate since your are unemployed.
