Working sterile is no problem. The Varispenser is autoclavable. The air sucked into the supply bottle can either be filtered through a dry tube filled with silica gel, for example, or a membrane filter can be inserted into the cone opening of the device base. Pyrogene-free work cannot be guaranteed.
