Is it possible to visit the Economics Department?
Due to the large number of admissions enquiries we receive, we do not have the resources to offer appointments outside of our Open Days. The UCL Open Day normally takes place at the end of June, when the Economics Department is open to visitors and there are staff available to discuss the Economics degree programmes. Economics Open Days are held from November to March for UK-based candidates who are being considered for an offer of admission. About 100 applicants are invited on each occasion and the offer is usually dependent on attendance. A self-guided tour of the UCL campus can be undertaken by following the self-guided tour map, which is available form the UCL website at: www.ucl.ac.uk/admission-ucl/self-guided-tour/. Alternatively, UCL runs campus tours on selected afternoons where prospective students can look around UCL with the guide of a current student.
