Is it possible to use variable rates (i.e. peak / off-peak or coaching / recreational)?

Yes. You can easily sell a user 2 cards, one to be used during peak hours (or with coaching) and another to be used during off peak hours (or without coaching). The rate you charge can easily be programmed using the Passtime Software.
