Is it possible to use a Windows CE computer with a mobile phone?
(A:) Yes, although it depends on your model of mobile phone, whether it is data compatible and whether your mobile phone network allows it. Once everything is configured, you can use your Windows CE computer (handheld or palmtop) to do anything which you could do other an ordinary modem. This means you can connect to the Internet for email, news, IRC, Web browsing and so on. You can also send and receive faxes and synchronise with your desktop computer. Remember though that currently the top speed of data over digital mobile phone networks is 9600bps, so don’t try too many of these things at once!
