Yes, CTEK chargers can charge GEL batteries. GEL batteries should be charged at 14.4V (Car mode or Normal mode, depending on which charger you have). Note, that it is not possible to use the Recond function on a GEL battery! GEL batteries are very sensitive to high currents and will dry out easier than other lead acid batteries.
