If that is the BlackBerry Storm then yes, it is a dual network device and works on both CDMA and GSM technologies. Getting it unlocked is the question though. I would first try calling Verizon and asking them as they are the only ones that would have the unlock code for free (if they do that, I don’t know if they will). If not, then you will have to try and take it to a shop that works on cell phones and see if they can do it. A last resort is the website below, they will provide the code for $39.
