GapGuru volunteers can enjoy as much or as little independence as they want during their placement. We’re always here for support and advice but we won’t bother you if you don’t bother us! Most of our gap year travellers take weekend excursions while on their project and travel independently before and after, so we are happy to advise you on any travel plans.
