Is it possible to transfer from one business area or function to another once I’ve applied?
It’s unusual for graduates to move between functions during the recruitment process unless there are exceptional circumstances or we identify a mutually more suitable functional ‘fit’. Once you’ve joined ExxonMobil, we prefer you to develop your competence in the function you join before moving on. However, due to the global nature of the Company, there is ultimately scope to move into any other areas of the ExxonMobil Group.
