Is it possible to transfer credit to UW-Madison for any course requirements?
The School of Music will consider waiving some course requirements on evidence of satisfactory completion of an equivalent course as a graduate student at another insitution. Each waiver needs the approval of the instructor in charge of the equivalent UW-Madison course and the approval of the Director of Graduate Studies. Waivers are limited to a maximum of six credits. Transfer credits will not be evaluated until you have enrolled as a graduate student and may not count toward the residency requirement.
