Synchronization profile is stored in the following location: \Sync App Settings\_SYNC.APP\default profile.xml where is usually C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data Just copy this file for backup and to transfer your settings to another machine. When I sync “My documents” on multiple computers where my logins are different usernames before synchronization start I always need to change root folders manually. What can I do around this? Let you want to sync to multiple computers where your logins are different usernames, i.e. you log in as user names: ‘FirstName’ on one computer, ‘SecondName’ on a second, ‘ThirdName’ on a third. So if you setup Sync ‘n’ Go when logged in to the first computer as ‘FirstName’, the USB drive syncs in the file system to ‘C:\Documents and Settings\FirstName\My Documents\USB Drive’. Then, when you take your USB drive to the second computer, the USB drive still gets sync’d to ‘C:\Documents
