Is it possible to teach a 1 year old female cockatiel to talk ?
I think you can try although there’s only a very small population of female cockatiel will talk and sing, some of them talk and whistle. Many said that male cockatiel is the best talker, however, mine is great at whistling and intimating sounds but he doesnt talk that well (he only learnt one word but he couldnt pronounce it clear though).
