Is it possible to start ballet as an adult beginner?

0

Teen/adult and adult beginner ballet classes are becoming much more common. It is a little easier to find them as “open classes” in ballet academies then in small studios, but they have them there as well. Open classes just means instead of signing up for 1/2 a year or year, you can take individual classes when you want to. Many times there are adult class cards where you can save some money by buying a group of ten classes at a discount. Call some local studios and if there is a ballet company near you they often have adult beginner open classes. You can also try and google them in your area.
