Is it possible to slim down muscular calves?
Are they quite muscular because you’re very active? Like you’re a runner, a cyclist or a rock climber? I don’t think you can inherit muscle mass since your body adapts to your needs and gives you more or less muscle mass according to your physical activity level. Muscular calves are very hard, even when the leg is resting (fat reserves is soft). You can inherit strong bone structure (strong shapely knee, large thoracic cage, big jaws…) combined with delicate, tiny ankles (and wrists) which automatically gives you shapely legs if you have a healthy weight. Some people are not as lucky as you, and they have to get calf implants so they don’t have skinny, sad looking, lower bow legs. 14 inches is a big measurement and if you’re very athletic, you should welcome the extra strength that you have because of extra muscle mass.
