If you feel that your medical data base is sufficient, you may initially skip the completion of the expanded SOAP notes and go directly to the fill-in-the-blank, expanded SOAP note quizzes. You may continue in this advanced mode in the MEDEX course until you pass the required number of quizzes (100) and then you may begin the multiple choice examinations. However, if you fail three quizzes, you will then be required to complete the required expanded SOAP notes and follow the normal course matriculation.
