You can do so but only by creating a workbook or worksheet template. A default workbook template is used by Excel when new workbooks are created. When a workbook template is in place Excel opens a copy of the template workbook whenever a new workbook is requested. A default worksheet template is treated the same but is used when new worksheets are added to existing workbooks.
