Is it possible to select a whole group of calls and convert them over to the confirmed calls section using TerritoriesNet?
Yes… First from the Configuration Menu/Options set the Maximum number of calls to show to 10000. Then using the Edit Calls screen click Find Calls… then click Clear All… add a search clause for the calls you want from territory Unconfirmed Calls. Once all of the Unconfirmed Calls are loaded click Select All or holding the shift key click on the range of calls you want to move over. Then from the bottom part of the Edit Calls screen choose Comfirmed Calls from the Territory drop down list box.. you will be prompted telling you that this change will be applied to all calls. Click Save. All of those calls will now be confirmed.
