Is it possible to see a Social Security agent on Nantucket?
Yes. Representatives from the Social Security Administration offices travel to Nantucket on the fourth Wednesday of each month. He or she sees people at the Saltmarsh Center from 10 AM to Noon and from 1:00 to 2:30 PM on their scheduled day. Appointments are not given as individuals are seen on a first come first served basis.
