Yes, if it’s written for Linux. If you just have the source code (C/C++), that’s okay too: just use the included GNU compiler in Xebian. I’m a Java Programmer, and my Java programs also run fine on my XBox, but you’ll have to download and install a run-time environment first (such as Sun’s official one).
